October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! I wanted to ensure that you are aware of the steps you can take today to reduce your risk of developing this disease. At the top of the list, a plant-based diet has been shown to reduce breast cancer risk, while studies have also shown that meat, cheese and high fat diets can increase this risk by up to 50%.
